SHERBORN: Ann C. (Fair) Morris, age 90, of Sherborn, died peacefully Sunday afternoon, July 12, 2015, at MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham. She had been the devoted wife of the late Robert P. Morris for 55 years.
Born in Framingham, she was a daughter of the late John V. and Anna M. (Kadlik) Fair. Ann was raised and educated in Natick and graduated with the Natick High School Class of 1942.
Ann and Bob were married in 1947, and a few years later settled in Sherborn. Ann created a warm and loving home for her growing family and enjoyed summers in cottages at Lunenburg’s Hickory Hill Lake, and later, Falmouth. She looked forward to Bingo nights with her sisters, and just this spring proudly attended high school graduation exercise for her grandson Matthew.
Predeceased by her husband in 2002, she is survived by their three sons, Robert T. “Tim” Morris and his wife Regina of Ashland, Sean M. Morris of South Harwich, and Todd P. Morris of Bellingham; two grandchildren, Matthew Morris and LeeAnn Morris; sisters Rita Shavone and Ruth Casali; bother-in-law Harold Morris; and many nieces and nephews. She was also a sister of the late Katherine M. Morris, Matilda Adams, and John Fair.
A private funeral service was held in the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park Street at Natick Common, followed by burial in Saint Patrick Cemetery.
