TEWKSBURY: Marie Ann (Storace) (Tyner) Toscano, age 76, a former longtime Tewksbury resident, passed away at the Merrimack Valley Hospice House in Haverhill on Saturday, July 11, 2015.
She was the beloved wife of the late Frank Toscano.
Born in Boston on September 5, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Augustine and Eleanor (Paone) Storace.
Marie was raised in Medford and graduated from Medford High School.
She resided in Tewksbury for 19 years until recently moving to Chelmsford.
Prior to her retirement, she worked as a Nurse at the Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Medford.
She enjoyed dancing, reading, shopping, and cooking for her family.
Marie is survived by two daughters, Cherylanne Mealhow and her husband Timothy of Dracut, and Eleanor R. Toscano of Methuen; two sons, Sidney D. Tyner and his wife Lynette of Tewksbury and Mark A. Tyner and his wife Carole of Westford; seven grandchildren, Jill M. Attardo and her husband Christopher, Christine DeCicco, Anthony Moccia, Stephen, Jennifer and Joseph Tyner, and Rhiannon M. Toscano; three great grandchildren, Michael, Joseph and Daniel Attardo; two brothers, Larry Storace and his wife Lois of Reading and William Storace and his wife Joanne of Tewksbury; also many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours are Wednesday, July 15, from 4-8 p.m. at the Farmer & Dee Funeral Home, 16 Lee St., Tewksbury. Her funeral will be held Thursday, July 16, at 9 a.m. from the funeral home, followed by her Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. at St. William’s Church, 1351 Main St., Rte. 38, Tewksbury. Interment at St. Mary Cemetery, Tewksbury.
