Mrs. Aurore C. (Levesque) Vaudreuil, 99, of Lawrence, died Sunday at Academy Manor Nursing Home. Born in Lawrence, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Marie (Ouellette) Levesque. She was a former employee of Pacific Mills and retired from Turn Style clothing store. Mrs. Vaudreuil was a member of the former St. Anne Parish, the Ladies of St. Anne Society, and a member of St. Mary Parish. She enjoyed embroidery, cribbage, playing cards, music, and watching wrestling, but most of all spending time with her family.The widow of the late Alfred G. Vaudreuil, Mrs. Vaudreuil is survived by one daughter; Sandra and her husband Aldridge “Buddy” Rogers of Florence, SC, three sisters; Irene Piliponis of Lawrence, Blanche Grassello of Methuen, and Marie Barry of Hampstead, NH. There are 3 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild and several nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the staff of Academy Manor A-2 and Life Choice Hospice for all the loving care they gave Aurore.
