Elliot, David Walter, Sr. of Foxborough, MA formerly of Westwood Ma passed away on July 10th surrounded by his loving family from complications of Non Hodgkin Lymphoma. Beloved husband of 58 years, Dorothy DelConte Elliot. Beloved son of the late John and Kathleen (Phillips) Elliot and brother to the late John Andrew Elliot. Loving father of David Walter Elliot, Jr., Minneapolis; Lauren Elliot and partner Jane White, San Francisco; Robyn Miranda and husband Enrico of Medway; Lynn Elliot and wife Patricia McLaughlin of Baltimore. Devoted grandfather of Nicholas, Alessandra, James, Luca, Gabriel, Eva, and Cate, and many nieces and nephews. David Sr. was a commercial banker who retired from Orix Company, and whose work experiences included positions at General Discount and Connecticut Bank and Trust. David was a patriotic veteran of the Air Force during the Korean Conflict and was a graduate from Stonehill College with a BA degree in Economics. David greatly enjoyed his family, his yearly trips to Aruba with family and friends, and listening to classical music. Funeral from the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home 455 Washington St. Canton Tuesday morning at 9:30, followed by a funeral mass at St. Mary's Church Foxboro at 11:00 am. Visiting hours at the funeral home Monday 4-8 pm. Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend. Burial Knollwood Memorial Park. | |||||
