WORCESTER-Karen (Rice) Miller, 63, went home to Jesus on Friday, July 10th. She was predeceased by her husband, Kenneth Miller. Karen leaves behind her daughter, Roseanne Weston as well as several cousins. She was especially close to the children of her Godmother, Marie Simpson. Her late Godmother and cousin, Dorothy Gregory were special people in her life.
Karen was born in Worcester the daughter of the late Lester and Rita (Gardella) Rice.
Karen’s family would like to thank the staff at Parsons Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for the wonderful care and love showered upon Karen especially when she needed it the most. When Karen moved to Parsons Hill she found a second home through the residence & staff there. The family cannot thank the staff enough for all the care and love that was shown to them as well. Karen was involved with the Salvation Army and found the love of Jesus through her involvement with them.
Funeral services and burial for Karen are private. Arrangements are in the care of CALLAHAN FAY CASWELL Funeral Home, 61 Myrtle St.
