COLEBROOK – George Sanders Dow, 63, of 164 Colby Street, died Thursday, July 2, 2015 in his home.
He was born on March 22, 1952 in Laconia, the son of the late George W.S. and Margaret (Colby) Dow. George worked in the Auto Body field for most of his life for many different companies and also as a self-employed Auto Body technician. He was also a race car and race enthusiast for a number of years.
He is survived by one brother, Brian Dow and his wife Gwen of Sanbornton, one sister, Lucy Joyce and her husband Skip of Pittsburg and many nieces, nephews and his companion of 17 years, Tara Richards of Dover. In addition to his parents, George was predeceased by his step-brother, Donald C. Wright.
There will be no calling hours.
A graveside service will be held at 2PM on Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at Pine Grove Cemetery in Warner.
