Adeline T. (David) Riley, 93, of New Bedford died Tuesday June 30, 2015 at Our Lady's Haven. She was the wife of the late Andrew E. Riley.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Nacle M. and Annie (Daher) David, she lived in Freetown and New Bedford for most of her life.
She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Purgatory Church, where she was a member of St. Joseph's Sodality.
Mrs. Riley was formerly employed as a seamstress at the Wamsutta Mills.
She is survived by six grandchildren, Nick Ramia, Terese Ramia, Andrew Daher, Nicole Daher-Uwanogho, Theresa Daher-Baraket and Crystal Semaan; her sister-in-law, Octavia David; eight great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews
She was the mother of the late Ann C. Ramia and Eileen Daher, sister of the late Thomas David and Frossena Thomas, mother-in-law of the late Saba M. Ramia, and close friend of the late Norma E. Richard.
Her Funeral will be held on Monday at 9 AM from the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford, followed by the Divine Liturgy at Our Lady of Purgatory Church at 10 AM.
