Eileen Miles, age 72, of Fall River, passed away on June 15, 2015 peacefully at home. She was the loving wife of the late David Miles. Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Irondina (Ledo) Tavares. Eileen was a very talented hair stylist and was the owner of Hair By Design for 35 years.
She is survived by her children JoAnn Oliveira of Alexandria, VA and Henry Oliveira of Fall River; siblings Joseph Robert Tavares of Marietta, GA, Nancy Saravo of Fall River and Carol Levigne of Moosup, CT. She also leaves behind several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her children David, Dow, Joseph and Carolyn Oliveira.
Cremation visitation will take place in the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home 1521 N. Main St. Fall River on Monday, July 13th, from 9:30-11 A.M. with a service to immediately follow.
