Jean Charles Sidney (81) of Brockton died June 25th in the Good Samaritan Medical Center. He was the husband of Martha (Blot) Sidney.
Jean was born in Port Au Prince, Haiti son of the late Andrevil and Edna (Alain) Sidney. He worked as a chauffeur in Haiti. He also enjoyed gospel music and attending church.
In addition to his wife he is survived by 2 daughters Edline and Edna Sidney both of NJ., 2 sisters Marie and Solange Amie, 3 brothers Gilbert, Wilfred and Antonio Amie, 11 grandchildren.
Funeral Services in the Haitian Temple Adventiste de Brockton 235 Court Street Thursday July 2nd at 10 am. Burial will follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Dorchester. Visitation in the church from 9 am prior to services. Funerarias Multi Culturel 238 Court Street Brockton in charge of arrangements.
