Lucille (DePardo) Duquette, age 70 of Plaistow, NH and formerly of Methuen passed away on June 26, 2015 at the Massachusetts General Hospital. Lucille was born in Lawrence on January 16, 1945 to the late V. William DePardo and Anne DeMarco. She was a graduate of Watertown High School, Watertown, NY Class of 1963. Mrs. Duquette graduated from SUNY-Canton with an Associate’s Degree. She retired from Lucent Technologies where she was employed for many years and later worked for P.A.C.E. in Plaistow, NH. Lucille was known for her hard work ethic, and was honored by P.A.C.E. as Person of the Year, 2014. Mrs. Duquette loved spending time with her family. She will be remembered as a dedicated and loving friend to all that knew her. Lucille also loved to cook, play BINGO and travel with her husband on many cruises.
Lucille was the loving wife of Gerald “Jerry” Duquette Sr. of Plaistow, NH with whom she shared 42 years of marriage. She was the devoted mother of Anne Nichols and her husband Aaron of Dover, NH and Gerald “Jerry” Duquette Jr. and his wife Dorie of Delaware. Lucille was the dear sister of Angie Waitkewich, Marianne Howlett and her husband Charlie and the late William DePardo. She was the beloved grandmother of John, Anna, Grace and Joseph. She is also survived by many cherished nieces and nephews.
Friends and guests are invited to call on Monday, June 29, 2015 at 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence St. Methuen. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow.
