New Bedford – Jane Santos, age 70 of New Bedford, passed away on Friday June 26, 2015 at her home. She was the loving wife of Robert H. Santos and the daughter of the late Emily (Russell) and James Franklin.
Jane was born in Wareham, lived most of her life in this area and worked in health care services as a Personal Advocate.
Her family includes her husband, Robert H. Santos, of New Bedford 4 children: Anthony Patterson and his wife, Leslie, James Patterson and his wife, Glenda, Robert H. Santos, Jr. and his wife, Shenya, all of New Bedford, and Kelly Reney Gago and her husband, David of Dartmouth; siblings: Margie, Priscilla, Richard, Linda, Becky, David, Joan and Jimmy; as well as 18 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Jane was predeceased by 4 siblings.
Her funeral will be Tuesday beginning in the funeral home at 10:00 A.M. with a service to begin at 11:00 A.M.. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery. Visiting hours will be Monday evening from 6 – 8 P.M. Arrangements placed in the care of Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St. New Bedford, Ma.
