ROBERT VAUGHN “R.V.” SMITH, 65, passed away on June 26, 2015.
R.V. was a native of Boone, North Carolina, the son of the late Vaughn and Bonnie Smith.
He was an retired employee of the Ky. Fair and Expo Center and a member of Beechland Baptist Church.
Survivors include his devoted wife of 45 years, Brenda (Sumner) Smith; his daughters, Tiffany Bard (Jamie) and Holly Crawford (Sean); grandchildren, Caleb, Gabriel and Shyanne Crawford; his sister, Brenda Mills; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Rick and Kathy Heavrin; and four nieces from North Carolina.
Funeral services will be 12 p.m. Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with entombment in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
Visitation will be from 2 – 8 p.m. Sunday.
