Christopher Paul Oliveira, 25, of New Bedford passed away on Tuesday June 23, 2015.
Born in New Bedford, the beloved son of Paulo M. and Brenda L. (Lima) Oliveira, he lived in New Bedford all of his life.
Chris was employed as a laborer with the Laborers Union Local 385 in Fairhaven, working for Algar Construction of Brockton.
He was a graduate of Greater New Bedford Regional Vocational Technical High School. He enjoyed skateboarding, playing the guitar, and joking around.
Survivors include his parents; two sisters, Sharon Oliveira and Sarah Oliveira, both of New Bedford; his grandmother, Maria Zelia Oliveira of New Bedford; a niece, Destinie; a nephew, Cameron; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was the grandson of the late Paulo P. Oliveira and the late John and Mary Lima.
His Funeral will be held on Saturday at 7:45 AM from the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford, followed by his Funeral Mass at St. Joseph-St. Therese Church at 9 AM.
