WORCESTER -- Mr. Carl G. Nelson, 86, passed away on Saturday June 13th with his family by his side at his home.
Carl leaves five children, Carol Toscano of Worcester, Jean Villa and her husband James of Princeton, Edward Nelson and his wife Donna of Worcester, Wayne Nelson of Grafton, and Karen Nelson of Rhode Island, also eight grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
He was born February 23, 1929 in Worcester, Massachusetts a son of the late Carl G. Sr. and Elizabeth (Travis) Nelson. Loving husband to the late Olive (Butt) Nelson.
A lifelong resident, Carl was a truck driver for over thirty years with the teamster Local 170.
He was a quiet man who enjoyed spending time with his family and driving his truck throughout the country.
