LACONIA - Darren J. Mainville, 49, passed away peacefully June 14, 2015 following a brief battle with cancer.
He was the son the late Armand H. and Judith (Wilson) Mainville. Darren grew up in Nashua and recently lived in Laconia, NH. Darren enjoyed spending time with friends and family and adored his cat, Kia. Darren was a very funny and popular guy who had many friends. Darren loved to play cribbage, go camping, and watch the Patriots. Darren was a wonderful brother, a great friend and had a heart of gold and we will all miss him dearly.
Darren is survived by 2 brothers, Robert Mainville, his wife Christine of NC; Dwayne Mainville, his wife Michelle of NH, his sister Holly Sisti, her husband Lenny of NH, an aunt and uncle, Ted and Lucille Wilson of OH, a nephew, Joe Mainville, a great niece, McKenzie Mainville and 2 nieces, Lacey and Chantel Mainville, several cousins, and his life-long best friends, Lester and Kelly Miller of NH.

A Celebration of Darren's life will be held at the Vineyard Church, 175 Mechanic St, Laconia, NH on Sunday, July 5, 2015 at 2:00 pm followed by a reception in the church hall. Internment will be private at a later date at the Edgewood Cemetery in Nashua, NH.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in Darren's honor to Central New Hampshire VNA & Hospice, 780 Main St, Laconia, NH 03246.
