Verdieu Joseph of Everett died Saturday, June 13, at Tufts Medical Center, Boston. Born in Saint Mark, Haiti, he was the son of the late Dumace and Viergela (Charles) Joseph. Verdieu was employed at Massachusetts General Hospital.

He was the beloved husband of Marie J. (Gentillon) Joseph, and devoted father of Widline Joseph. He is also survived by his loving grandchildren Jezrahiah and Jesiah Saint Germain, and his siblings Mary Blaise, Raymond, Maxiana and Simone Joseph.

A funeral service will be conducted at 7 PM on Thursday, June 25, in the West Medford Baptist Church, 59 Boston Ave. Medford. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit with the family from 6 to 7 PM prior to the service. Burial will take place at a later date.
