TEWKSBURY - Joseph Alexander Kulpa Jr., age 44, died unexpectedly at his Everett home on Monday, June 15.
He was born in Boston, the son of J. Joan Tashjian of Tewksbury.
Joe was a graduate of the University of Lowell where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He had worked as an engineer at Flir in Billerica.
Besides his mom, he leaves a sister and brother-in-law, Samara Gallagher and her husband Michael of Hampton, NH; a nephew, Michael; two nieces, Samara and Ava; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Burial was in Tewksbury Cemetery. At his request, funeral services were private.
Memorials to the Holy Trinity Armenian Church, 145 Brattle St., Cambridge, MA 02138, are encouraged. Arrangements were through the Tewksbury Funeral Home.
