Michael J. Salamone of Fall River, formerly of Easton passed away after a long illness on the afternoon of Saturday June 15th at his home. Mr. Salamone was 50 years old. Michael was the loving father of Mia Vera of Easton. He was the loving son of Judith Salamone of Easton and the late Charles Salamone who passed away in November of 2013. Michael was the loving brother of Gregory Salamone and his wife Victoria of Easton. Mr. Salamone also leaves behind a number of good friends and people who had their lives touch by his gentle nature.
Michael was born on February 23, 1965 in Boston. For many years Michael called Easton home. He was an avid reader and a sponge for knowledge. An accomplished educational resume, Mr. Salamone was a Dean’s list graduate from Bridgewater State College after attending Northeastern University and later the University of Maine Medical School before several health concerns sidelined his further accomplishments.
He could fix anything and he had the patience to figure out any problem, especially with electronics. Michael studied the bible and he was a go to person for family and friends to call when they needed advice or an answer to a problem they may have had. Mr. Salamone will be loved and missed by all who knew him.
