Roselyn Loretta Buzzell
Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Sunday, June 14, 2015, Mrs. Roselyn Loretta Buzzell, 86, beloved wife of the late LTC Kenneth Eugene Buzzell, retired US Army.
Mrs. Buzzell was a native of Mt. Horeb, WI. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Mary on the Hill Catholic Church. Roz was passionate about history, the arts and was an avid golfer. She volunteered at Sacred Heart Cultural Center, the Augusta Museum of History and was a member of the Morris Museum of Art.
Family members include daughter: Judith Sutch and her husband Dave of San Francisco, CA; sons: David J. Buzzell and his wife Judith of Lawrenceville, GA and Matthew K. Buzzell of Augusta,Ga; grandchildren: Emelie LeCroy and the late Christopher Buzzell; and her 10 great-grandchildren; sisters: Marilyn Raffel of Madison, WI and Isabel Perry of Williamsburg, VA.
A Memorial Mass will be Thursday, June 18, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary on the Hill Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Westover Memorial Park. A vigil service will be at held at St. Mary Church on Wednesday evening at 7:00 and family will receive friends following
