FALL RIVER… Robert R. Howard, 66, of Fall River passed away unexpectedly, Monday, June 1 ,2015.
He was the husband of Ramona (Ezyk) Howard. He was born in Acushnet a son of the late Jim M. and Dorothy (Pomfret) Howard and had lived most of his life in Fall River.
He was employed by the City of Fall River as a driver for the Department of Public Works.
Mr. Howard was a member of the Teamsters Local #251 and enjoyed fishing, NASCAR Racing, and bowling. He was in the Friends and Relatives Bowling League at Holiday Lanes Westport.
Survivors include his wife, a daughter Kyla Howard of Fall River, a brother Steven Howard of Fall River, a sister Meliss Parent of NC, several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late David Howard, Jim M. Howard, and Deborah Dore.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Friday at 9AM from the BOYKO MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 709 Broadway, Fall River followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10AM at Blessed Trinity Polish National Catholic Church, Plymouth Ave., Fall River. Interment will be in Blessed Virgin Mary Cemetery, Fall River. Calling hours will be Thursday 5 - 8 PM.
