Laconia-----Robert N. LaPierre, 86, of Messer Street, died peacefully on Thursday, May 28, 2015 lovingly surrounded by his entire family.
Robert was born November 2, 1928 in Concord, NH to the late Ulric and Mary (Paquette) LaPierre. He was a life long resident of Laconia. He married Lucille J. Valliere, his beloved wife of sixty five years.
Robert worked for Scott & Williams for twenty six years and ten years at Aavid Thermalloy. He was a communicant of St. Andre Bessette Parish.
Robert is survived by his wife, Lucille, (Valliere) LaPierre; his devoted six daughters and one son, Linda Giuliano and husband Joe, Christine MacGregor, Yvonne Ellsworth and husband Michael, Elizabeth Dolloff and partner, Stuart Schuster, Robert LaPierre and fiancé Kira Nick, Brenda Sayler and husband, Steve and Darlene Roy and husband, Brian; he was a loving “gramps; to twelve grandchildren and twenty one great grandchildren, great grandpa to one special boy; siblings, Claire Fortier and Roger LaPierre; he will be missed by his pet and constant companion “Spike”. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his grandson Robbie J. Mills and his siblings, Martin LaPierre and Blanche Dupont.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, June 1, 2015 from 11:00am – 12:30pm at Wilkinson-Beane-Simoneau-Paquette Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH using the Carriage House entrance.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, June 1, 2015 at 1:00pm at St. Andre Bessette Parish – Sacred Heart Church, 291 Union Ave. Laconia.
Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Laconia, NH.
