George, Lloyd Richard, 86, passed away Sunday, May 24, 2015 at his home.
He was born to Lloyd B. and Grace (Bousquet) George.
Lloyd owned and operated General Construction Co., Inc., mastering
in Service Station Maintenance and Installation. He attended St. Helen’s and was a member of the Local 502 Plumbers Union.
Lloyd is preceded in death by his parents; two daughters, Sheila Ann and Betty Jean George; and six sisters, Louella Stone, Blanche Oser, Gladys and Shirley Bibelhauser, Grace and Edith Hartlage.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 61 Yrs., Pat (Sims); a son,
Terry George (Karen); a daughter, Lynn Spencer (David); five grandchildren, Amanda Cooper (Zack), Steve and Keith Blakely, Scoot George, and Dillon Spencer; one great-granddaughter, Mary-Kate Cooper; and a sister, Peggy Koppel.
Funeral service will be Thursday, May 28, 2015 10:00AM at Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 4005 Dixie Highway.
Visitation will be Wednesday, from 1:00 – 8:00 PM at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway.
