Obituary

HAVERHILL: Jacqueline C. (Jonah) LaBranche, 84, died Friday, May 22, 2015 in the Merrimack Valley Hospice House after a long battle with cancer. She was the wife of the late Eugene M. LaBranche.
Born in Manchester, New Hampshire on May 27, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Charlie and Maude Crandall. She was a longtime resident of Haverhill and attended Haverhill schools. She was a fan of the New England Patriots and the Boston Red Sox and also loved to watch reality shows, game shows and soap operas. Jacqueline also enjoyed reading the local newspaper and having her afternoon coffee.
She is survived by her three daughters, Joan LaBranche, Lisa Paquin and Jean Doiron and her husband, Larry; three grandchildren, Kayla Lowes, Kyle Paquin who is currently enlisted in the U.S. Navy and Michael Doiron and his husband, Jeffery; two great-granddaughters, Ava and Ella Doiron; a brother, Robert Sullivan and his wife, Lucette. She was also predeceased by her brother, Walter Lagasse and a sister, Rita Hannah and her husband, Henry.
Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, May 27th in the Linnehan-Grondin Funeral Home, 129 Kenoza Avenue, Haverhill from 10am - 1pm. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Jacqueline’s memory to the Merrimack Valley Hospice House, 360 Merrimack St., Bldg. 9, Lawrence, MA 01843 or to the Susan G.
