George “Martin” Mathley, 78, passed away Saturday, May 23, 2015, at Heartsong Memory Care.
Born in Louisville, he was a retired pipefitter with Local #502, a Navy veteran and a member of Incarnation Catholic Church.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Joan.
Survivors include his children, Darlene Harris (Rick), Lee Mathley (Kathy), Lynne Hornback (Donnie) and Barbara Mason (Bill); five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
His funeral will be 10:00 am Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial at Louisville Memorial Gardens, West.
Visitation will be Tuesday 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
