Worcester - Mildred (Smith) Czesnowski, 71, passed away May 16, 2015 after a long illness. She was predeceased by her parents William Smith and Rhoda (Gervais) Smith, and brother Michael Smith. She leaves five siblings, William, Erica, Marlene, Alice, and Richard, her seven children, Earl, Lindsay, Kimberly, Mildred, and William Derusha, Joseph and Robert Czesnowski. She leaves her loving grandchildren, Dawn Derusha, Jonathan and Stephanie Fox, Aaron Cluett, and Julia Czesnowski, as well as many other relatives and friends. She lived in Worcester most of her life and was a dedicated Elvis fan. She was an avid animal lover and her bright smile will never be forgotten. The family would like to invite anyone who wishes to pay their respects to her daughter Kimberly's place at 301 Burncoat Street Worcester, MA on May 21, 2015 from 4pm to 7pm. Robert J.
