Nancy A. Gioia (DiBella) passed away peacefully at the Kaplan Family Hospice. She was 91. Born and raised in Boston’s North End, she was the daughter of the late Francesco and Vincenza (Morgante) DiBella. A devoted wife and mother, Nancy enjoyed time with family and friends.

She was the beloved wife of the late Frank Gioia who passed away in 2004. She was a loving mother to Virginia Gioia and her husband Jim Caffelle and Francis Gioia Jr and his wife Bonnie. She was a devoted grandmother to Michael and Lianna and a loving great-grandmother to Ava. She was a dear sister to Gregory, Albert and Louie DiBella as well as the late Josephine Ferro, Carmella, Joseph and Marie DiBella.

Family and friends may visit at the Dello Russo Family Funeral Home, 306 Main St. Medford on Wednesday, May 20th from 9 AM to 10:30 followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 118 High St. Medford at 11 AM. Services will conclude with burial at Woodlawn Cemetery.
