Dorothy B. (Mosher) Bolton 89, of Natick died Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at St Patrick's Manor in Framingham.
She was the beloved wife of the late Ralph E. Bolton Jr.
A Natick resident for 49 years, she was born in Waltham she was the daughter of the late Reginald and Olive (Drew) Mosher.
Mrs. Bolton was Controller for the R.W. Holmes Real Estate Company of Natick for 25 years retiring in 1988.She previously worked for the Jordan Marsh Department Store in Framingham and at Bennett Hemingway School in Natick.
Mrs. Bolton was an avid reader and a fan of all the Boston Pro sports teams. She was a true “Hockey Mom" watching her son’s games and practices from Natick Comets to baseball and football at Natick High School and College.
She also enjoyed dancing in her younger days at the former Totem Pole Ballroom in Waltham.
Mrs. Bolton’s family is very grateful for the special care given to her by the staff at St. Patrick's Manor allowing her stay there to be as pleasant and happy as possible.
She is survived by four children Elizabeth A. Mossman and her husband James of Milford, Edward A. Bolton of Natick, Raymond S Bolton and his wife Elizabeth of Rhinebeck, NH, Robert D Bolton and his wife Kelly of Concord NH, five grandchildren, Jennifer, Drew, Connor, Taylor and Garrett, and many nieces and nephews.
She was also the sister of the late Elizabeth Archdeacon, Marjorie Browning, Reginald Mosher, and Sally Mendonhall.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service on Wednesday, May 20th at 11:00 A.M. in the Chapel of the John Everett and Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park Street, at Natick Common. Burial will follow in Mt. Feake Cemetery Waltham.
