Albert Wilfred Brunelle, 92, formerly of 31 Bliss Road in Bellingham, MA, died Friday, May 8, 2015 after a long illness of dementia and other complications at Cortland Place, Greenville. He was the loving husband of Theresa A. (Pierre) Brunelle.
Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of the late Richard and Eva (Plouffe) Brunelle. He served in the United States Navy during World War II and was a Navy Cross recipient. He worked as a foreman in the North East Paper Company for fifty years before retiring.
Albert is also survived by his three beloved children, Debra Charron of Johnston, Gerry Brunelle of Massachusetts, and John Brunelle of Arizona; 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, 3 brothers and 3 sisters.
A private memorial service will be held Sunday, May 17th at Savini’s Restaurant, Woonsocket.
