HILBRANT - Grace Smith Hilbrant, 54, passed away Sunday, 2015 at U F Health - Jacksonville.
Ms. Hilbrant was born August 14, 1960 and was a life-long resident of Jacksonville, FL. She loved and enjoyed her family and her job. She worked for the Nassau County School Board at Yulee Middle School and also loved the kids at school.
Ms. Hilbrant was predeceased by her husband of 21 years, Thomas Neal Hilbrant who passed away in 2001.
She is survived by her three daughters, Pamela Jones of Shannon, NC, Jennifer Rose who lives in California and Heather Hilbrant of Jacksonville, FL; a son, Damian Hilbrant, also of Jacksonville, FL; a brother, Eugene Smith (Faye) of Yulee, FL; six grandchildren, Eric Spear, Brian McAndrew, Andrew Spear, Louis Morales, Xavier Morales and Scott; and Aunt Merry Lynne Turner Denmark.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 16, in the Stephens Chapel at Green Pine Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. Saturday until the time of service at the funeral home.
