David P. Roy, 57, of Westport died Saturday, May 2, 2015 at Catholic Memorial Home. Born in Fall River, he was son of Lorraine M. (Holland) Roy and the late William R. Roy. Mr. Roy worked for R.P. Gonsalves Construction and also Capeway Roofing Company. Av avid sports fan, he loved the Patriots and the Red Sox.
Including his mother, survivors include 2 daughters: Jill Roy of Westport and Jessica Roy of VT; a brother: Michael Roy; a sister: Deborah Ledoux and her husband Denis of Westport; a grandson: Beckett Vieira and a second on the way; and 2 nephews.
Memorial Mass to which relatives and friends are invited for both Mr. Roy and his father William will be Saturday, May 9, 2015 at Our Lady of Grace Church at 10:00 A.M.
Interment in Beech Grove Cemetery, Westport.
