Diana (Medeiros) Pavao, 97, passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2015. She was the wife of the late Antone Pavao. A lifelong resident of Fall River, she was a daughter of the late John and Georgalina (Perreira) Medeiros.
Mrs. Pavao was a Machine Operator for Darwood Mfg. Co. until her retirement. She always enjoyed sharing good food and a good laugh with family and friends.
She is survived by her daughters Jacqueline DeMello and her husband Richard of Fall River and Donna M. Cerce and her companion Paul Alto of Somerset; her granddaughter Carolyn Moniz and her husband Jose who lovingly cared for her over the many years she resided with them; her grandson Stephen A. Mello, Jr. of Warwick, RI; her great grandsons Dylan, Preston and Cameron; and her sister Agnes Medeiros of Fall River. She was also the sister of the late Mary Medeiros, Regina Oliveira and Olive Medeiros.
Her funeral will take place from the MANUEL ROGERS & SONS FUNERAL HOME, INC. 1521 N. Main St. Fall River on THURSDAY at 9:45 am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am in St. Anthony of Padua Church. Interment in Notre Dame Cemetery.
