Roger J. Garneau, Sr., 82, of Methuen, passed away on Sunday, April 26th, 2015 at the Holy Family Hospital in Methuen, MA. He was born on June 5, 1932 in Dover, New Hampshire, son of the late George and Corinne (Rogers) Garneau. Roger was educated in the Dover and Lawrence Schools. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War Honorably discharged in 1954. Roger worked for 28 years as a Mason for the Town of Methuen, Massachusetts.

Brother of the late Theresa (Garneau) Beliveau
He is survived by his brother Richard Garneau, Sr. and his wife Rita Garneau
his sister Georgette M. Vaillancourt and her husband Russell Vaillancourt, as well as his brother-in-law Eugene Beliveau and several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are cordially invited to call on Wednesday, April 29th, 2015 from 4:00 to 8:00 at the John Breen Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., 122 Amesbury Street, Lawrence, MA.
His funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, April 30th, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Good Counsel Parish, Saint Theresa Church, 22 Plymouth Street, Methuen, MA. Burial will follow in the Elmwood Cemetery in Methuen, MA.
