FALL RIVER… Jean L. (Soares) Langton, 61 of Fall River passed away April 22nd at Charlton Memorial Hospital.
Born in Fall River, she was a daughter of the late Virgil and Alice (White) Soares and was a lifelong resident of this city.
Mrs. Langon worked as a health care aide and enjoyed reading, playing games on the computer, crocheting, needle point and other crafts.
Survivors include a son: Mark Langton and his wife Waney of Fall River, her companion Martin, her special friend Debbie Gagne, a sister: Constance Sweeney of Fall River, a grandson: Brandon Langton, several nieces and nephews including her 2 special nieces: Madison and Alana Soares. She was sister of the late Linda Soares.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Monday at 10 AM at South Coast Funeral Home, 1555 Pleasant St. Fall River, MA. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Fall River. Calling hours will be held Sunday 5 - 8 PM.
