WHITMAN– Yvonne M. (Page) Lemieux 89, longtime resident of Whitman, died peacefully, Dec. 25 after a period of failing health. Beloved wife of the late Roland C. Lemieux married for 57 years.
Yvonne was born July 14, 1925, in Limestone Maine, the daughter of Eusebe and Eva (Cote) Page.
She was a retired book keeper, enjoyed gardening, music, dancing, shopping, visiting with family and neighbors and dining out with family.
She is survived by her two loving children, Linda Mentzer and her husband, Dan, of Alton NH, Susan Crowell and her husband Bob, of Plymouth MA; one beloved grandchild, Cameron Crowell of Westfield NJ and five sisters, Almeda Fuller, Maine, Jeanette Bacheller, Nevada, Arlene Howard, Ohio, Eleanor McCormack and her husband Leigh, South Carolina, Joan Dennison and her husband Clarence, New Hampshire, and three brothers, Ronald Page and his wife Jeanette, Maine, Normand Page and his wife Jane, Maine, Romeo Page and his wife Paulette, Connecticut. Another brother, Sylvio Page of MA predeceased her.
Her memorial service will be held Saturday May 9 at 11AM at the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth Street (Rte. 58 @ the rotary) Whitman. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Whitman Council on Aging, P.O. Box 426 Whitman, MA 02382
