Loving uncle of Steven and Lauren Belmonte. Also survived by many other loving nieces and nephews. Son of the late Francis and Margaret (Crisp) Kelly.
Frank was a longtime employee of Emerson Swan, Inc. of Randolph, MA. Graduate of Catholic Memorial High School, West Roxbury, Class of 1973.
