Boguslaw ‘Bogi’ Mielewski,, 58, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 14, 2015.
He leaves his wife of 27 years, Janet (Walkowiak) Mielewski, 2 sons, Christopher A. Mielewski and his wife Jennifer and Jonathan F. Mielewski all of Webster. A grandson, Mason Mielewski, 2 sisters, Marica Stankiewicz and her husband Richard, and Zosia Orman and her husband Marek all in Poland and 2 nephews.
Bogi was born in Nowa Huta, Poland the son of the late Adam and Bronislawa (Lach) Mielewski and has lived in Webster since 1987.
He was also predeceased by a niece, Agneska Orman.
Bogi was as a group worker since 1999 for the Dept. of Youth Services in Westborough, he was also a member of St. Louis Church, enjoyed fishing and ice fishing, camping and the outdoors, a favorite place was Arcadia National Park. He was a New England Patriots fan, but most of all enjoyed being with his grandson Mason, his ‘Best Buddy’.
There are No Calling Hours.
A Memorial Mass for Bogi will be Saturday, April 18, 2015, at 10 AM in St. Louis Church, 16 Lake St. (Please Meet at the Church), burial will be at the convenience of the family.
