Linwood F. McKee age 81 of Mansfield passed away April 14th at the Highgate Manor in Dedham. Born and raised in Gardiner, Maine, he attended Gardiner schools and worked as a Machinist for the Christian Science Monitor for 30 years before retiring. He also was a self-employed auto mechanic and previously worked for the Boston Globe and Hopkinton Advocate as a printing press mechanic. Beloved husband of Catherine B. (Parent). Father of Karen E. of Canada, Kevin E. of Taunton, Karl E. of Franklin, Kim E. McKee Gates of Norton, Kenneth E. and his wife April of Stoughton, Kurt E of Foxboro and Krisenn E. of Woonsocket. Brother of Connie Gould of CT and Linda Kohl of Wrentham. Also survived by 12 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home 455 Washington St. Canton Friday 4-8 pm. The visitation will be concluded with a prayer service at 8 pm. Burial private.
