Paul S. Archambault, age 87, passed away on Saturday April 11, 2015. He was the loving and devoted husband of Irene (Ramalho) Archambault, and son of the late Arthur A. and Rhea (Desmarais) Archambault. He was U.S. Navy Veteran of WWII, and a production Supervisor for Gold Medal Bakery for over 40 years. He was a member of the Joseph Francis Post 486 V.F.W. on Bedford St. He was an avid New England sports fan, loved playing cards, keno, and spending time with his family.
In addition to his wife he is survived by his son Paul Archambault, daughter-in-law Mary Jean “MJ”, grandchildren Alec and Lauren Archambault, several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers Fernand, Robert, Louis, Arthur, and Robert Archambault, and sister Estelle.
His funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. 1521 N. Main St., Fall River TUESDAY with extended calling hours from 9:00-10:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Michael’s Church at 11:00 A.M. Interment in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Fall River. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his name to the Fall River Jewish Home 538 Robeson St. Fall River, MA 02720.
