Eleonora (Kote) Duka of Medford died on Friday, April 10. Born in Permet, Albania, she was the daughter of the late Andon and Palikseni (Zhidro) Kote. Eleonora lived for many years in Tirana, Albania, and was employed as a teacher. She moved to the U.S. in 2007, settling in Medford.

Eleonora was the beloved wife of the late Kleo Duka, and the devoted mother of Elizabeth Cani and her husband George of Medford, and Gathoniqi Duka of Toronto, Canada. She was the loving grandmother of Eni Cani of New York City, Piro Cani of Medford, and the sister of Elsa Trebicka and her late husband Dhimiter of Haverhill, Ana Lalaj and her husband Halil, Josif Kote and his wife Jolanda, all of Tirana, Albania. She is also survived by 5 loving nephews.

A funeral will be celebrated in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford on Thursday, April 16 at 11:00AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Wednesday, April 15 from 4 through 8PM. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
