Funeral Services for Mary Mildred Smith, 92, of Ashburn, GA will be held at 3:00 P.M., Sunday, April 12, 2015 at Perry Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery in Turner County. Mrs. Smith passed away Friday after an extended illness.

The daughter of the late George and Sallie Brantley, she was born in Worth County, Ga on July 19, 1922. Mrs. Smith was a housewife and was also a retired housekeeper from a public school system in Ohio. She was a member of Nottingham Baptist Church in Euclid, Ohio. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Arthur Smith and her son John Pavlina, Jr..

Survivors include her daughter Nella (Charles) Watson of Ashburn, Ga, five grandchildren, Allen (Jackie) Watson, David (Monica) Watson, Leah (Tom) Kenny, Laura (C.J.) Vick, twelve great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren.
