Rosalie Clarkston, age 78, of Lowell formerly of Woburn passed away March 31, 2015 at the Lowell General Hospital following a lengthy period of declining health. She was the beloved wife of the late Ray S. Clarkston. Born in Woburn she was one of three children of the late Frank and Josephine (Cubitoso) Buonomo.

Rosalie was raised and educated in Woburn and was a graduate of Woburn High School. Mostly devoted to her children and family she enjoyed knitting and was a talented cook. She also loved animals and especially enjoyed caring for her pet dogs over the years.

Rosalie is lovingly survived by her children, Diane Roberts and her husband Rick of Franklin, NH and Raymond Clarkston and his wife Deborah of Medford. She was the cherished sister of Dolores Camarata and her husband Joseph of Malden, and the late Frank Buonomo. She is further survived by several nieces and a nephew.

A memorial service will be conducted in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 374 Main St., WILMINGTON, Wednesday, April 8th, at 7 pm. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held prior to the service from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Rosalie's memory to the Arthritis Foundation, 59 Temple Place, Boston, MA 02211.
