Mr. Roland J. “Pete” Denis, Jr., of Taunton, died unexpectedly Tuesday, March 31 in Morton Hospital. He was the husband of Kelly (Russell) Denis. He was born 58 years ago in Taunton, the son of the late Roland J. and Lorraine C. (Tremblay) Denis. He was educated in Taunton and had been a lifelong city resident. Pete was formerly employed at Quebecor Corp. in Taunton for 8 years. He was previously employed at Haskon, Inc. of Taunton for over 20 years. He was an avid Boston Bruins fan and enjoyed Jumble puzzles.
In addition to his wife, he leaves: 1 daughter: Paige M. Denis of Taunton; 1 son: Randall Russell of Taunton; 1 brother: Richard Denis of Taunton; 1 sister: Diane Murphy of Raynham; 2 granchildren: Kennedy and Evan Russell, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visiting Hours will be held at The Riendeau-Mulvey Funeral Home, 467 Bay Street, on Saturday, April 4 from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
