Antonetta R. Wozniak of Medford died Tuesday in the Chelsea Jewish Nursing Home. Born and raised in the North End of Boston, she was the daughter of the late Pasquale and Brigida (Sabella) VItale.

Antonetta was the beloved wife of the late Walter Wozniak and devoted mother of Annette Sumowski and her husband Thomas of NJ, Bridget Forziati and her husband Richard of Saugus, Maria Derby and her husband Lou, Gussie Saitta and her husband Joe, all of NH, and Anthony Wozniak of Billerica. She was the loving grandmother of Jason Sumowski, Renee McGrath, Maria Keefe and her husband Jerry, Christopher Derby, Louis Derby and his wife Amanda, Richard Derby and Marina Saitta, and the loving great -grandmother of Owen and Emmerson Keefe. Antonetta was the last of many Vitale siblings.

Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home 306 Main St., Medford, on Friday, April 3 at 9 AM followed by a blessing in St. Raphael Church, 512 High St., Medford at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit with the family on Thursday, April 2, from 4 through 8 PM. Services will conclude with burial at St. Michael Cemetery, Boston.
