Roland J. Lacasse, 70, of Milan, NH, passed away on Friday March 27, 2015 at the Androscoggin Valley Hospital in Berlin. He was born in Berlin on August 11, 1944 the son of Ludger and Antoinette (Huot) Lacasse and was a lifelong resident of the Berlin-Milan area. He had been employed by Milan Container until illness forced his retirement and was well known for his ice sales. Roland enjoyed gardening, camping, classic cars and motorcylces. He loved his family and was a very hard worker.
Family includes his wife Brenda (Legassie) Lacasse of Milan; sons Jay Lacasse and wife Tina of Milan, Brian Lacasse and fiancée Crystal Marquis of Milan and Roland Lacasse, Jr., of North Conway; grandchildren Danika Leblanc, Karli Lacasse, Dallis Lacasse, Jalen Lacasse, Tiarah Lacasse and Ruby Lacasse; mother-in-law Barbara Legassie; brother Raymond Lacasse and wife Teri of Arizona; nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws. He was predeceased by siblings Paul Lacasse, Roger Lacasse, Cecile Audette and Pauline Roy. He will be sadly missed and never forgotten.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday April 1, 2015 at 11 AM at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Ave., Berlin. Interment will be in the Hillcrest Cemetery in Milan later in the spring. Relatives and friends may call at the Bryant Funeral Home on Tuesday afternoon and evening from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 PM.
