Deanna M. (Waterman) Antalek 77, of Natick died unexpectedly Monday, March 23, 2015 at her home.
She was the beloved wife of Bertold C. Antalek sharing 56 years of marriage.
Born in Natick and a lifelong resident she was the daughter of the late Howard and Lucille (Prue) Waterman.
Mrs. Antalek worked for Anton’s Dry Cleaner’s in downtown Natick where she provided exceptional customer service over 30 years.
She loved being outdoors experiencing the beauty of nature with her flowers, birdwatching, and summers camping with family by the Cape Cod Canal.
Dee was devoted to her family and cherished the time spent with her grandchildren.
She attended the Natick School system and was a graduate of Natick High School class of 1956.
In addition to her husband she is survived by three children Phyllis Antalek of Natick, Nancy Lienhard and her husband Paul of Natick, Richard Antalek and his wife Taryn of Douglas, one brother Howard Waterman and his wife Pam of CA, one sister Elaine Thivierge and her husband Richard of FL, four grandchildren, Jackie, Jimmy, Courtney, Meaghan, one great-grandson Patrick ,and many nieces and nephews.
She was also the sister of the late Charles, Henry, and Beverly Waterman.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service on Friday, March 27th at 11:00 A.M. in the Chapel of the John Everett and Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park Street at Natick Common.
Visiting hours are Thursday from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M.
