Laura E. (Duncan) Fox 90, of Natick died Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at the Metro West Medical Center in Natick.
She was the beloved wife of the late Robert L. Fox who died in 2001.
A Natick resident for 55 years she was born in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada, the daughter of the late Robert and Mabel (Ledwich) Duncan.
Mrs. Fox was devoted to her family and enjoyed vacationing with relatives in P.E.I. Canada. She had an appreciation of nature caring for animals and feeding the birds in her yard. Laura worked as a hair stylist in Charlottetown P.E.I.
She is survived by three children Jan S. Fox and his wife Elizabeth of Natick, Clayton D. Fox of Holliston, Shelley L. Hurst and her husband Arthur of Ashland, two sisters Reta Rogers of New Brunswick Canada, Vera Young of Charlottetown Prince Edward Island Canada, six grandchildren Michelle, Bryan, Nicholas, and Alexander Fox, Ashley and Stephanie Hurst, two great–grandchildren Corey and Joshua DiMarzio, and many nieces and nephews.
She was also the sister of the late Edna Seaman, Sheldon Duncan, Lona Story, and Clarence Duncan.
Visiting hours are Monday from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service on Tuesday at 11:00 A.M. in the Chapel of the John Everett and Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park Street at Natick Common.
Burial will follow in Dell Park Cemetery.
