Michele Antonio Lauretti of Medford died Saturday, March 14. Born in Vallecorsa, Italy, he was the son of the late Francesco and Teresa (Sperlonga) Lauretti. Michele lived in Switzerland and Boston’s North End before settling in Medford in 1985, and worked as a mason.

Michele was the beloved husband of Carmela (Marcucci) Lauretti and devoted father of Maria Klatecki and her husband Michael of Medford, Anna Dunn and her husband Mark of Franklin, Francesco Lauretti and his wife Keely of Vienna, VA. He was the loving grandfather of Teresa, Armando, Victor, Aldo, Andrej, Angelo, Daniel & Luke, and brother of Carlo Lauretti of Italy, and the late Valentina, Elvira, Maria & Assunta. Michele is also survived by his great aunt Stefanina Lauretti of Medford.

Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, on Wednesday, March 18 at 8:45 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Leonard Church, Hanover St., Boston, at 9:45 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Tuesday, March 17 from 6 through 8 PM. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
