Went home to be with the Lord on March 8, 2015. Age 91 of North St. Paul. Preceded in death by former husband & friend, John E.; daughter, Kathy; & 3 grandchildren. Survived by children, Patty, Linda (John), Jerry (Diane), Sheila (Mark), Denise , Karen, Richard, Keith, & Lloyd; 23 grandchildren & 26 great grandchildren. Ruth had a zest for life. She was proud of being born on a farm in Walker, MN where she developed a passion for gardening and nature. She was filled with so much wisdom and we all benefited from her teachings. Mass of Christian Burial Thursday (March 12, 2015) 11:00 AM at CHURCH OF ST. PETER, 2600 N. Margaret St., No. St. Paul and Visitation one hour prior to the Mass. Ruth loved her family and was loved by everyone. She had a kind and gentle soul and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
