Katharine R. (Arnold) Baglio, age 52, of Mansfield, formerly of Norwood and Roslindale passed away peacefully, in the presence of her loving family, on Thursday, March 5, 2015 at Norwood Hospital.
She was the beloved wife of Robert A. Baglio to whom she was wed on April 26, 1986.
Born in Boston, MA on January 9, 1963, she was a loving daughter of Joan M. (Horwitz) Arnold of Norwood and the late Robert R. Arnold.
Kathy grew up in Norwood and was a 1981 graduate of Norwood High School. She later graduated from the former Henry O. Peabody School; also in Norwood.
Katharine had worked as an Office Manager at the Road Back in Attleboro and was formerly employed at Bristol Square Chiropractic in Walpole.
A resident of Mansfield for the past 24 years, she was a member of the Fellowship in Easton where she, along with her friends was active in bible studies.
Spending time with family was the focal point of Kathy’s life. Her interests included arts & crafts and scrapbooking.
In addition to her beloved husband and mother, she was the devoted mother of Michael R. Baglio of Mansfield. She was the dear sister of Karyn S. Arnold of Norwood and Kellie J. Arnold of Roslindale. She is also survived by her loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Her funeral service, to which relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend, will be held on Wednesday, March 11th at 1:00 P.M. in the Fellowship, 604 Foundry St., Easton. Burial will be at a later date at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Mansfield.
Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, March 10th from 5:00-8:00 P.M. at the Sherman & Jackson Funeral Home, 55 North main St., Mansfield.
In lieu of flowers, Kathy’s family has requested that donations in her memory be made to the Fellowship, 604 Foundry St., Easton, MA 02375
