Augusta – Mrs. Myrna Vinson Bennett, 98, widow of the late Dudley P. Bennett, entered into rest on Sunday, March 1, 2015 at her residence.
Graveside services will be held at 3:00PM on Thursday, March 5, 2015 at Hillcrest Memorial Park with the Rev. Dr. Rodger Murchison officiating.
Mrs. Bennett was a long time member of the First Baptist Church of Augusta, where she attended the Winsome/Golden Circle Sunday school class.
She is survived by her son, Ronald P. Bennett (Jenny), and daughter, Carol B. Goodman, her grandchildren, Rhonda B. Watkins (Darryl), Ashley B. Fehrman (Jeff), Kym Jones (Edward), and Angela T. Stump (Ed), as well as her great grandchildren, Katie Fehrman, Chad Watkins, Kristen Cotty, and her step great grandchildren, Josh, Nathan, and Alex Stump. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles S. and Siba B. Vinson.
